Shipping policy

Please note Effective as of April 1, 2021:

Due to complications regarding the COVID-19 virus and social distancing practices orders may take 7-16 business days to process and ship.

This policy begins 24 hours after your order is placed and processed. 

For International shipping please allow an additional 7-21 business days.

Orders placed on the weekend and holidays are processed on the next business day. 

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by this site or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

All orders will be shipped via USPS. Tracking numbers will be sent within 1 business of shipping.

USPS is responsible for the delivery of all packages. 

We only ship to addresses that are entered on the order. Created Creatures will not be held liable for any packages that are shipped to an address that was incorrectly entered, therefore, please be sure to verify shipping address before submitting order.
